The device has a conical base semi-cylindrical shaped grid (1) with an upper part (4) and a lower part (2). The lower part positions a rain water inlet tube (3) perpendicularly to the grid, where the grid is inclined. The upper part is positioned against a wall of a container, and a rubber joint (5) creates a seal between the wall of the container and the grid. A narrow base (6) is positioned in an impurities evacuation tube, ad a base of the grid is set with a rubber joint (7).
