The system has an aeration unit (5) mounted on an upper wall of a box (2) and comprising a grid (7) in the form of a lateral wall bordering a vent. The grid is provided with perforations (8) for permitting passage of air towards the vent. The grid is extended from a side opposite to the vent by a bottom wall (9) that is perpendicular to the grid and forms a drain pan for a liquid material. An independent claim is also included for an apparatus for cooling an electronic or electric device comprising a box designed to receive electric or electronic device.
