The device has a hydraulic cylinder (2) e.g. single-acting cylinder, with two ends (2a, 2b) respectively connected to an opening frame i.e. door (1), and a fixed point (3) such that a piston (4) of the cylinder is displaced in a body (5) of the cylinder during opening and closing of the door. The cylinder communicates with a hydraulic circuit (6), where the circuit has a valve (7) e.g. electro-hydraulic valve, movable between two positions in which the valve liberates and closes passage of hydraulic fluid (8) of the circuit, respectively.
