The process of regenerating an extracting ligand (L1) in aqueous solution to capture a micropollutant (P), comprises systematically regenerating the aqueous solution of the extracting ligand by rapid exchange of ligands between the extracting ligand and regenerating ligand (L2) around the micropollutant in a confined medium constituted by an exchange reactor. Independent claims are included for: (1) a process for cleaning a polluted medium constituted of soil pollution using a micropollutant; and (2) a device for cleaning a polluted medium constituted of soil pollution.
