The container (1) has an insulator (13) made of monolayer or multi-layer rock wool and fixed on inner lateral walls of a thin concrete structure (10). The insulator forms a central passage inside the container to receive top soil (15) through an opening provided on the structure, and plants (2) or roots of the plants. The insulator is covered by a substance forming a liquid sealing membrane (14), except a surface of the insulator fixed to the walls, so as to assure protection of buried plants or vegetation from cold or frost.
