The barrier and post have bars formed by recycling of used tires for improving resistance of the bars against impacts, where the tires have elastic characteristics. The bars carry fluorescent or reflecting strips for rendering the barrier and post to be visible during night. The length, width and depth of the bars are 4000mm, 400mm and 40mm respectively. A lower side of the bars is molded in a stainless steel cylinder.
