The device has two front and median load carrying chariots (3, 4), where each chariot consists of two distinguished elements. The elements are integrated with each other, and are rolling blocks and load carrying plates. Each chariot has lifting units placed between the rolling blocks and the load carrying plates. The load carrying plates are returned dependent or not dependent of a load by the action of lifting.
