The device (1) has a radiofrequency identification (RFID) tag ejection unit (8) constituted by an elastically deformable central zone of a base (6) of a container (3). The container has an outer lower housing (5) defined by an outer wall of the base, where the base is associated to retaining and encapsulating units that retain and encapsulate an RFID tag (4). The retaining and ejection units and the container are formed as a monoblock piece during molding a plastic material. The retaining and encapsulating units are operated in combination with the ejection unit so as to retrieve the tag.
