The roller has a tubular case (1) containing shape memory illustrated flexible sheets (2a-2c) wrapped around horizontal support axles (3a-3c). An opposite free end portion of the sheets is passed through a slot or longitudinal openings (6a, 6c), where the openings are arranged at an exterior of the case. An edge of the end portion is connected to connecting units for maintaining the sheets in a vertical deployment. The edge of the portion is opposed at its folding at an interior of the case, during automatic rewinding of the sheets under spring effect resulting form its shape memory. An independent claim is included for a display package comprising a semi-rigid base.
