The valve i.e. injector (1) has a piezo-electric actuator (4) and a valve shut-off member (14) controlled by an injecting needle (11). A control device (2) controls the actuator. A front surface (24) of the needle delimits a control chamber (25). Throttle member (21) connects the chamber to a valve chamber (38), where connection is realized by the throttle member and controlled using a valve body (31). A throttle member (40) connects the valve chamber to a low pressure chamber (30) to connect the chambers (25, 30) during a partial displacement of the body controlled by the actuator.
