In a network design processing device (1), a network diagram depiction processing unit (10) depicts/edits a real device network comprised of really physically existing devices in response to an input through a computer screen; expresses a real device or more with the same application or function as an imaginary device; depicts/edits an imaginary device network comprised of the imaginary device; and stores structure data of the real device network diagram, those of the imaginary device network diagram and relation information of each of the structure data in a network structure data memory unit (15). A network structure data output processing unit (16) switches to display the real device network diagram, the imaginary device network diagram and a network diagram laid to overlap those network diagrams in accordance with designation from the outside.
