POWDER REFILLING FACILITY AND ACCELERATOR REFILLING FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder refilling facility such as an accelerator refilling facility for which hard labor is not required for installation and removal.;SOLUTION: This powder refilling facility includes a refilling tank 20 having an inlet 21 for powder F, a conveying flow passage 30 to which the powder F in the refilling tank 20 is fed, and a compressor 40 for blowing a carrier air A1 into the conveying flow passage 30. The powder F1 fed into the conveying flow passage 30 is conveyed into the powder tank 100 by means of the carrier air A1. The powder refilling facility further includes a lid device 50 affixed to the powder tank 100, a return flow passage 60 communicating with an outlet 53 formed in the lid device 50, and a dust collection means 70 to which an discharged air A2 passing through the inside of the return flow passage 60 is guided. The powder F2 discharged from the outlet 53 together with the discharged air A2 is guided to the dust collection means 70, and the discharged powder F2 collected by the dust collection means 70 is returned to the inside of the refilling tank 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
