PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a granular solidified material which has high strength and suppresses elution of harmful components of heavy metals without impairing narrow pore property and porosity which are the original properties of paper sludge incineration ash, and is suitable for a soil improving material and a frost heave prevention material which have moisture absorptivity and water retentivity.;SOLUTION: The method for producing the hydrothermally-solidified material which has a narrow pore-porous structure, from paper sludge incineration ash includes the steps of: adding the slurried slaked lime prepared beforehand, coal ash and, if necessary, water and/or warm water to the incineration ash generated when paper sludge is burned; mixing them at the temperature of normal temperature to 98°C; granulating/compacting the obtained mixture; aging the granulated/compacted material; and producing the solidified material from the aged material by means of a hydrothermal solidification reaction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
