PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifestyle disease prevention device for objectively obtaining health condition of a target person. PSOLUTION: The lifestyle disease prevention device has: a biological information storage part 103 previously storing biological information of the target person in association with target person identification information for identifying the target person; and a risk calculation part 150 reading the biological information associated with the input target person identification information from the biological information storage part 103, and calculating probability that the target person belongs to a progress stage of each predetermined disease to be prevented and improved based on the read biological information.
