PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of claim processing necessary for an insurance medical treatment facility to claim for a medical fee to an examination payment facility, and to reduce a workload and work time. PSOLUTION: The claim data output system 2 is provided with: a filing information storage means 28 in which a data output order and extraction conditions for each type of detailed statement data are set; an input means 22 for inputting patient medical treatment data of each patient; a distribution means 24 for distributing the input patient medical treatment data to corresponding type of groups based on the extraction conditions; a generation means 25 for generating the detailed statement data of each patient based on the patient medical treatment data; a generation means 26 for counting the number of items and the scores of the detailed statement data belonging to summary slip data or claim slip data, and for generating summary slip data and the bill data; and an output means 27 for outputting the summary slip data, the bill data and the detailed statement data according to the output order set in the filing information storage means 28.
