PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-information embedding device capable of adding functions such as duplication prohibition and tracking as well as a character floating function. PSOLUTION: An input part 1 has a means for inputting attached information data to be embedded and acquiring an image which is a target embedding medium. An embedding part 2 includes: a means for converting the attached information data to be embedded, which is input by the input part 1, into a screen code that is geometrical or physical information-embedding code for pattern recognition, including at least one characteristic among gradation characteristics of halftone dots of print screen, interval characteristics of halftone dots of print screen, and arrangement characteristics of halftone dots of print screen; and a means for constituting a print image by arranging a configuration of screen code array in the print image as a dot pattern containing the information matrix consisting of a plurality of halftone dots, the position reference information for recognizing positions of respective halftone dots of the information matrix, and error correction information.
