PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple information embedding device which can simultaneously embed required multiple information having a plurality of functions in a pattern.SOLUTION: A multiple information embedding device includes: an input section; an embedding section; and an output section. The input section inputs multiple information data being an embedding object and acquires image data to be printed, which becomes an embedding medium. The embedding section repetitively arranges small patterns in the same shapes by using human visual property to constitute the pattern in which multiple information can be embedded. Required multiple information having a plurality of functions is converted into a screen code made into a geometrical or physical information embedding code which can be pattern-recognized, and a new pattern is constituted as a pattern matrix including an information matrix 13 consisting of a plurality of dots 11 and 12 of the pattern, position reference information 14 and 17, parity check information 15 and 18 and information described state information 16 and 19. The output section superimposes the new pattern on the image data to be printed and outputs it as a new printing image.
