PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide industrially excellent methods for separating and producing manganese peroxidase by which upscaling can readily be carried out.;SOLUTION: There is provided the method for separating the manganese peroxidase including separating the manganese peroxidase from a microorganism culture solution with non-charged polysaccharides. Furthermore, there is provided the method for producing the manganese peroxidase including: a step of culturing a manganese peroxidase-producing microorganism; and a step of separating the manganese peroxidase from the culture solution during or after the culturing, wherein the step of separating is a step of separating the manganese peroxidase from the culture solution with a column of the non-charged polysaccharides.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
