PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Japanese sandals braiding machine which serves as one to eliminate the defects that a conventionally used Japanese sandals braiding machine must be used sitting, a needs longitudinal string to be pulled with one hand, and requires skill because the shape of Japanese sandals is changed by the degree of the pulling of the longitudinal string and the force to knit a braiding string.;SOLUTION: Longitudinal string through-holes 6, 7 and the insertion openings 9, 10 of a hook 8 and a frame 2 which are connected to an expansion string are constructed on a semi-circular board to serve as the holding body 1 of the frame 2. The rectangular frame 2 is composed of a round bar. Grappling bars 3, 4, 5 are constructed on the head part.
