PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding wheelchair designed not to pinch a finger between a side frame and a seat frame when opening the folding wheelchair.;SOLUTION: The folding wheelchair is provided with a hand guard 19 made of cloth, stretched between the seat frame and an upper frame of the folding wheelchair.
