PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive laminate for a dye-sensitized solar cell in which density of a zinc oxide film is heightened for improving conversion efficiency in a dye-sensitized solar cell and to provide a manufacturing method thereof, as well as a dye-sensitized solar cell using the above. PSOLUTION: The transparent conductive laminate for a dye-sensitized solar cell is composed of at least a transparent conductive layer and a dye compound zinc oxide layer laminated on a surface of a polymer resin film as a base material, a plastic board or a glass plate. The transparent conductive layer is laminated by a dry plating method and the dye compound zinc oxide layer is made of a porous zinc oxide layer laminated by a wet plating method into which the dye is absorbed to make a transparent conductive film for dye-sensitized solar cell.
