WATER BALANCE MEASURING DEVICE FOR FUEL CELL, FUEL CELL EVALUATION TEST DEVICE, AND FUEL CELL SYSTEM

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water balance measuring device for a fuel cell, capable of preventing drop in accuracy of the calculation result of a water balance in the fuel cell caused by liquefaction of moisture contained in gas exhausted from the fuel cell, and to provide a fuel cell evaluation test device and a fuel cell system including the same. PSOLUTION: The test device 1 has a vaporizing means 71 capable of vaporizing water in a gas exhaust line 20 through which gas exhausted from the fuel cell 30 flows. Liquefaction of moisture contained in the gas exhausted from the fuel cell 30 can be prevented by operating the vaporizing means 71, and exhaust moisture amount WSBo/SBcan accurately be derived with a control part 80. The test device 1 can prevent drop in accuracy of the calculation result of the water balance in the fuel cell caused by the liquefaction of moisture contained in the gas exhausted from the fuel cell.
