PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a partially-foamed molded product: having a multilayer structure comprising a foamed resin layer in which foamed cells of fine and even size are distributed and a non-foamed resin layer in which foamed cells are not distributed; moreover being free from limitation of thickness or the like of the non-foamed resin layer; and having high flexibility of design.;SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing partially-foamed co-injection molded product comprises: a process of preparing a foamable resin in which a foaming agent is dissolved and a non-foamable resin in which the foaming agent is not dissolved; a co-injection process of successively or simultaneously injecting the foamable resin and the nonfoamable resin while suppressing the foaming by applying a hold pressure at least for the foamable resin, cooling and solidifying the injected resins and, thereby, molding a multilayer primary molded product having a foamable resin layer and a nonfoamable resin layer; and a foaming process of heating the multilayer primary molded product and foaming the foamable resin to turn the foamable resin layer into the foamed resin layer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
