PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comprehend the removing state of instruments to be monitored when removing the instrument to be monitored, without altering a monitoring display device or lowering a monitoring performance.;SOLUTION: A monitoring system controls instruments to be monitored 3a to 3n related to respective controllers 4a to 4n to keep building facilities under control and captures the operating states of the instruments to transmit the states to a central monitor 2. The monitoring system includes a signal voltage generator 12 for generating a necessary voltage signal, and an erasure signal display terminal 6 having timer switch control means 13, 14 for performing on-off control of the necessary voltage signal generated by the signal voltage generator and outputting the signal as an erasure signal. In the system thus constructed, in place of removing an instrument to be monitored 3n connected to a specified controller 4n, the erasure signal is supplied through connection to the specified controller 4n to inform the central monitor 2 of the removing state of the instrument.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
