PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce a column-beam joint portion by simply, surely and inexpensively preventing a column from being destroyed by the cracking, flaking, etc. of concrete of the column.;SOLUTION: In this reinforcing structure and this construction method, a first reinforcing band 61 is installed on the surface of the concrete C of the column 1, positioned on the periphery of the main reinforcements 2 of the column 1 and corresponding to the downside of lower main reinforcements 41 of a beam 3 crossing the main reinforcements 2 of the column 1; and a second reinforcing band 62 is installed on the surface of the concrete C of the column 1, positioned on the periphery of the main reinforcements 2 of the column 1 and corresponding to the upside of upper main reinforcements 42 of the beam 3 crossing the main reinforcements 2 of the column 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
