PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency earthquake flash report terminal capable of confirming anytime whether the terminal has normally operated or not, while raising a prediction accuracy on a seismic intensity at an installation location and a time when an S wave arrives.;SOLUTION: Correction values on the basis of an actually measured value measured by a seismograph 3 are predefined for each combination of parameter values, wherein directions of earthquake centers, distances from earthquake centers and magnitudes as parameters are divided into a plurality of parameter values respectively.
