PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for detecting a zero point and a voltage amplitude of a commercial power source voltage input to an electronic product from a single-pulse signal.;SOLUTION: This detecting device includes a first computing part 100 for comparing the commercial power source voltage with a first reference voltage to compute whether the commercial power source voltage is smaller than the first reference voltage; a second computing part 200 for comparing the commercial power source voltage with a second reference voltage smaller than the first reference voltage, to compute whether the commercial power source voltage is larger than the second reference voltage; a pulse output part 300 outputting a pulse, when the commercial power source voltage is smaller than the first reference voltage and larger than the second reference voltage; and a detecting part 400 for detecting the zero point and voltage amplitude by analyzing the pulse output from the pulse output part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
