PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine, quasi-drug, cosmetic, food and beverage or animal feed that presents a male hormone-like action and has safety and effectiveness. PSOLUTION: The medicine comprises 6-methylsulfinylhexyl isothiocyanate as an active ingredient and presents a male hormone-like action. The active ingredient is contained in a plant of the family Brassicaceae, is extracted with a mixed solvent of water and ethanol or one or a plurality of organic solvents selected from the group consisting of methanol, ethanol, ethyl acetate, acetone, hexane and diethyl ether.
