PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fused proteins having both functions of thrombolysis activity and anticoagulation activity. PSOLUTION: The fused proteins having both functions of thrombolysis and anticoagulation, and a peptide making a junction therewith are provided, and especially, anticoagulation proteins and protein molecules having function of profibrinolysin activity, are provided. These are connected by the junction peptide having an amino acid sequence identified and to be cleaved by a coagulation factor. Furthermore, medical use of the fused protein and use of the junction peptide useful for connecting thrombolytic protein with anticoagulation protein and having the amino acid sequence identified by the coagulation factor, are provided.
