ELASTOMER COMPOSITE, ELASTOMER BLEND AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING ELASTOMER COMPOSITE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastomer composite, elastomer blend, and a method for producing the elastomer composite.;SOLUTION: The elastomer composite includes an elastomer and a particulate filler dispersed in the elastomer, and also the particulate filler has CDBP (structure value) of 43-45 mL/100g and BET (surface area value) of 260-264 m²/g. The elastomer composite includes at least one kind of carbon black in sufficient amount in order to achieve tear strength of at least 160 N/mm when measured by a test method of ASTM-D624 using a die C. The elastomer composite is formed by a method in which continuous flow of a first fluid including elastomer latex is supplied to a compounding zone, and continuous flow of a second fluid including the particulate filler is supplied to the compounding zone under pressure to form a mixture, and in addition, mixing of the first fluid and the second fluid in the compounding zone is strong enough to fully coagulate the elastomer latex with the particulate filler.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
