PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner lance for charging powdery and granular material which feeds the powdery and granular material as well as gaseous fuel and burn-supporting gas into a smelting reduction furnace and suitably preheats the powdery and granular material with burnt-flame at the tip part of the lance, and which does not cause problems such as the sticking and the solidification of molten slag at the tip part of the lance, imperfect combustion of gaseous fuel due to consumption of the burn-supporting gas through reaction with the gas in the furnace. PSOLUTION: The burn lance has a structure of multiple tubes, in which a first tube 1a, a second tube 2a and a third tube 3a, are arranged in the concentric-circle state from the inside. The inside of the first tube 1a, the portion between the first tube 1a and the second tube 2a and the portion between the second tube 2a and the third tube 3a respectively constitute the powdery and granular material flow-passage x, the gaseous fuel flow-passage y and the burn-supporting gas flow-passage z. Further, the tip parts of the respective flow-passages x, y, z, constitute the spouting holes. At the further outer-side of the burn-supporting gas blow-passage z, a gas flow-passage v is arranged and the tip part of the gas flow-passage v constitutes the spouting hole. The spouting hole is arranged at the tip position of the third tube 3a, and the tip part of the first tube 1a is positioned at the inner part of a burner than the tip part of the second tube 2a.
