PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent water leakage for a long period of time while simplifying construction.;SOLUTION: This leakage repairing material 2 formed in a tape shape includes a thin film substrate 3 having flexibility and impermeability; and a deformable adhesion layer 4 bonded to the substrate 3, the adhesion layer having flexibility and impermeability and formed to secure a predetermined thickness T according to the maximum difference in the height D of irregularity on a surface 7 of a concrete water channel 6. The substrate 3 is formed of a material excellent in weatherability with flexibility and expandability/contractibility capable of following the deformation of the adhesion layer 4, and the adhesion layer 4 is formed of a material having deformability capable of following an expanding/contracting behavior of the concrete water channel surface 7 to absorb the deformation thereof, and the substrate 3 and the adhesion layer 4 are differed in flexibility.
