PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order information management device for quickly and surely responding to the request of a user, and for preventing the deterioration in a service even though it is possible to reduce personnel expenditure.;SOLUTION: The order information management device includes: an in-facility information storage means for storing unique first identification information applied by a provision facility which provides at least one of merchandise and a service and unique second identification information stored and transmitted by a portable information terminal in association; an order information acquisition means for obtaining the second identification information transmitted from the portable information terminal and the order information of at least one of the merchandise and the service; and an order information transmission means for obtaining the unique first identification information from the user information storage means on the basis of the second identification information in the obtained order information, and for transmitting the first identification information and the order information to the device installed in the provision facility which applies the first identification information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
