PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work management system for restraining and recognizing forgery of work actual conditions of a worker while dispensing with detailed reports such as reports of working hours by the worker himself/herself for reducing work management labor of the worker.;SOLUTION: A management server 100 creates a confirmation message for inquiring work conditions of a worker at unspecified time according to a work plan of the worker and transmits the confirmation message to a worker terminal 200. The worker terminal 200 receives the confirmation message and save it, calls the received confirmation message to display it, generates an reply message to the received confirmation message, and transmit the reply message and time information relating to it to the management server 100. The management server 100 receives the reply message and compares reply content and the time information relating to the reply message with a previously stored expected value to determine work actual conditions.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
