PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold-insulating tool or a heat-insulating tool which increases the number of customers, who visit a store, to increase the amount of marketing information which the store collects, and is suitable for collecting the marketing information concerned.;SOLUTION: A store terminal 2 reads individual identification information from a cold-insulating tool or a heat-insulting tool which a user has by means of an identification information-reading part 21 and then transmits the individual identification information to a marketing-supporting device 1, together with store identification information. When receiving the store identification information and the individual identification information from the store terminal 2, the marketing-supporting device 1 refers to a cold-insulating/heat-insulating tool information storage part 11, and extracts user information which is preliminarily correlated with the individual identification information and stored, and then stores the extracted user information in association with the received store identification information in a store-visitor information storage part 14.
