PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication management device which can preferentially provide a user with information of high importance among information communicated thereto.;SOLUTION: A person identification information providing unit 150 provides person identification information to mails stored in a mail storage unit 130 based on mail addresses and telephone numbers stored in a unit 110 for storing information relating to destinations, and also provides person identification information to incoming information stored in an incoming information storage unit 140. A communication classification unit 160 classifies the mails and incoming information by person identification information.
