BLOCK UTILIZING READY-MIXED CONCRETE SLUDGE AND LUMBER FROM THINNING AND ARTIFICIAL REEF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively recycle waste into resources to provide uses where it is balanced well with lumber from thinning produced in a large quantity under the circumferences that sites for landfill with industrial waste ready-mixed concrete sludge will be exhausted within a few years and the capacity of disposal repositories is diminishing.;SOLUTION: Ready-mix concrete sludge is allowed to act on returned concrete and is combined with lumber from thinning, and the resultant mixture is formed into block structures. The block production has enabled the development of secondary articles from recycle block by mixing inexpensive portland cement and the development of artificial reefs by combining ready-mixed concrete sludge with lumber from thinning. As regards various other uses, suitable mixing ratios and suitable combinations can cope with reduction in their costs.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
