PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ema which keeps wishes, writer's information and the like out of sight.;SOLUTION: A space is provided in the ema. A predetermined number of protrusions are arranged on the inside of one surface of the ema and holes in which the protrusions can be fitted are arranged in the corresponding surface. Barb pieces in the direction opposite to the direction of insertion are arranged on their contact surfaces. The ema is fitted in the above manner or is box-shaped. Further, the ema may be composed of several pieces in a sliding construction. Wishes are written on its inner surface or a sheet of paper on which wishes are written is inserted in its inner space.
