SHREDDER FOR TREE BRANCHES AND LEAVES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and compact shredder for tree branches and leaves, which enables shredding of tree branches and leaves.;SOLUTION: The compact shredder for tree branches and leaves has an introductory part in which tree branches and leaves are thrown, a shredding part cutting an object to be shredded sent from the introductory part through a shearing action by means of a reciprocating cutter and a fixed cutter, and a discharge part recovering shredded chips. The introductory part is constituted of a guide plate, two introductory rotating bodies, and a separating pillar provided below them. The shredding part provides a cylindrical cam except the fixed cutter and the reciprocating cutter, and is constituted such that the reciprocating cutter be converted to a reciprocation in a direction parallel to a rotating shaft of the cylindrical cam by giving a rotative motion to the cylindrical cam by a motor. The discharge part is constituted such that chips be recovered in a pullout collection box and the device body be easy to move through the carriage of the device body bottom.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
