PAD MEMBER IN TRANSFER DEVICE FOR PAD PRINTING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad which can perform good printing by transferring ink easily on each side of prints in various forms.;SOLUTION: The pad 1 includes a bottom wall 2, a peripheral wall 3, and an air channel 5. The opening 6 of the air channel 5 is blocked by a substrate 7, and an air discharge hole 12 is formed in the substrate 7. When the spindle-shaped outside surface 10 of the bottom wall 2 of the pad 1 is pushed to a print 13, the air in the air channel 5 is discharged from the air discharge hole 12 of the substrate 7 through the opening 6, so that the spindle-shaped outside surface 10 of the bottom wall 2 can easily be deformed in the entire circumference on average as compared with the base end side outside surface 11 of the peripheral wall 3 of the pad 1. The hanging part of the pad 1 is pushed to the side 15 of the print 13, and the ink of the pad 1 is transferred to the whole side 15 of the print 13.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
