PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pad transfer body for a pad printing machine, a pad printing machine, and a pad printing method that can perform exact pattern transfer on a stepped three-dimensional surface or its side surface.;SOLUTION: A pad transfer body for a pad printing machine includes: a transfer pad for pressing and transferring a transfer article adhering to a surface on a body to be transferred; a fixing mechanism for fixing the transfer pad; and a regulating part provided in the fixing mechanism and regulating the deformation of the transfer pad. The regulating part is disposed around the transfer pad apart from the transfer pad.
