PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-wheel motor device whose motor is not deformed by a wheel load when the in-wheel motor device connected to a wheel is suspended by a suspension device. PSOLUTION: An in-wheel motor driving device 21 includes a motor part A, a wheel hub bearing part C, and a speed reducing part B of a cycloid reducing mechanism reducing the speed of output of the motor part A and transmitting it to the wheel hub bearing part C. The speed reducing part B includes base parts 51, 52 to be connected with a trailing arm 61 of the suspension device suspending the motor part A, the speed reducing part B and the wheel hub bearing part C from a vehicle body on its casing 22b. The motor part A is arranged coaxially with one side in the O-direction of an axis of the speed reducing part B with a space from the base parts 51, 52.
