PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-wheel motor driving device which enables a connection portion between an in-wheel motor and a vehicle body side member to be located closer to an axis of a wheel than conventional in-wheel motor driving devices.;SOLUTION: A casing (43) of an in-wheel motor driving device (10) includes: a cylindrical body first casing (43g) disposed at one side in an axis (O) direction; and a cylindrical body second casing (43a) disposed at the other side in the axis direction. The body first casing and the body second casing respectively have annular butted parts (43j) butted with each other in the axis direction. A hub carrier (18) has a connection part (82s) for rotatably connecting to a vehicle body side member (81) at a tip.
