FOOD COVERING SHEET ROLL, FOOD SHEET, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE FOOD COVERING SHEET ROLL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a columnar roll of a food covering sheet while preventing any truncated conical shape of the same while winding a large number of food covering sheets connected to each other with a holding sheet being fitted thereto in a roller shape.;SOLUTION: A large number of food covering sheets 20 with a holding sheet 22 being fitted to a sheet body 21 are connected to each other and wound in a roller shape to constitute a food covering sheet roll 30. In the holding sheet 22, the base end 22a thereof is welded to a center C in the direction of the width W of a base film 24 with the sheet body 21 being connected thereto. In this condition, when the fore end 22b of every holding sheet 22 is in the same direction to the center C, the sheet is wound in a truncated-conical shape when being wound in a roller shape. Thus, the fore end 22b of the holding sheet 22 is alternately located on one edge 24a side and the other edge 24b of the base film 24.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
