PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double coated pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet excellent in durability and transparency, and exhibiting excellent external appearance when stuck to a plastic substrate or the like. PSOLUTION: The double coated pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer which is formed from a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition including an acrylic polymer consisting of a monomer component comprising a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester having 1-12C alkyl group and/or a (meth)acrylic acid alkoxyalkyl ester, wherein a weight average molecular weight of a soluble fraction (sol fraction) of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer obtained by ethyl acetate extraction is 50,000-500,000, and thickness variation on the whole surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 0.030 m. Thickness variation on the whole surface is obtained by converting the interference pattern which is obtained by a laser interferometer into a thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, hi, according to a fringe scan interference pattern measurement method (pattern scanning method) and calculating from hi obtained in the range of 30 mm using formula (1), wherein i is an integer of 1-N, and N is the number of sampling.
