PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection structure which can be formed into a desired shape and manufactured at low cost and in readily manner, and to provide a method for manufacturing the structure.;SOLUTION: The antireflection structure 100 is constituted of a resin material 200 and fine particles 201 of an inorganic material, which are dispersed, at a part deeper than a prescribed depth from the surface of the resin material 200. The resin material 200 has a part having a first porosity in its inside and a part having a second porosity larger than the first porosity on the surface side, and a gradient in the refractive index is formed from the surface to the inside of the resin material 200 due to the difference between the porosities. Respective parts having different porosities are formed by forming a laminate having a desired shape by laminating two kinds of composite materials having different contents of the fine particles 201 of the inorganic material, and thereafter making only the fine particles 201 of the inorganic material dissolve by using a solvent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
