PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the measuring time of the suspension property of a cathode plate.;SOLUTION: A device 1 for measuring the suspension property of the cathode plate 2 includes: a suspension part 3 for suspending the cathode plate 2 for electrolytic refining; a first distance sensor 5a to a twelfth distance sensor 51 for measuring the distance up to the cathode plate 2 in a state of being suspended by the suspension part 3 and swung, in a non-contact manner; and a controller 6 for estimating the virtual position of the cathode plate 2 in a static state on the basis of the distance up to the cathode plate 2 measured by the first distance sensor 5a to the twelfth distance sensor 51 and calculating the suspension property of the cathode plate 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
