FLOOR MATERIAL FOR STIMULATING ACUPRESSURE POINT OF BODY AND STAIRCASE FOR STIMULATING ACUPRESSURE POINT OF SOLE USING THE SAME

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material for stimulating acupressure points of a body, capable of stimulating the acupressure points of the body, while taking safety and durability into consideration, and a staircase for stimulating the acupressure points of a sole using the floor material. PSOLUTION: The floor material 1 for stimulating the acupressure points of the body includes a pressing part 2 made of a hard material having projections 2b stimulating the acupressure points of the body, and a surface layer section 3 made of a soft material covering the hard material and forming the surface layer of the floor material. When the floor material 1 is pressed, the surface layer section 3 is compressed and the acupressure points of the body are stimulated by the pressing part 2 covered with the surface layer section 3. Since the surface layer section 3 covers the pressing part 2 having the projections 2b stimulating the acupressure points of the body, and forms the surface layer of the floor material 1, the projections 2b for stimulating the acupressure points do not project from the surface layer of the floor material.
