PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of advantageously manufacturing a stabilizer bar with a vibration control bush with the stabilizer bar vulcanized and adhered with sufficient adhesive strength to an inner peripheral surface of an inner hole of the vibration control bush.;SOLUTION: An adhered portion 40 of the stabilizer bar 10 and sealing rubber 18, 18 are stored and arranged in a forming cavity 50 and in storing spaces 52, 52 respectively, after externally inserting the sealing rubber 18, 18 having C letter-shaped or ring-shaped cross sections perpendicular to the axis at both sides 42, 42 in the axial direction of the adhered portion 40 of the stabilizer bar 10, and a boundary 53 of the forming cavities 50 of the storing spaces 52 is sealed with the sealing rubber 18, 18. Thereafter, the vibration control bush on the inner peripheral surface of the inner hole of which the adhered portion 40 of the stabilizer bush 10 is vulcanized and adhered is formed by vulcanizing operation after filling an unvulcanized rubber material 56 in the forming cavity 50.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
