PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensory device for an electrostatic charge caused by powder and an experimental method for sensing the electrostatic charge caused by powder capable of actually sensing an electrostatic charge of powder and a discharge caused by an electrostatic charge of powder and of feeling the danger thereof.;SOLUTION: The device for generating the electrostatic charge caused by powder M includes, a reservoir container 8 in which the powder M is thrown, a conductor 5 placed in the reservoir container 8 and an insulated supporter 7 supporting the conductor 5 so as to be no earth ground. Since the conductor 5 is insulated, when the powder M is thrown into the reservoir container 8, the conductor 5 can be electrostatically charged by an induction charging from the powder M which is charged by the friction between the powder M and a throw-in container 6 for throwing the powder M into the reservoir container 8 and by the friction between the powder M and the conductor 5. Thus, by measuring the electric potential of the conductor 5, an operator can understand the generation of the static electricity in a work, such as throwing in the powder M, and the amount of generated static electricity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
